T’was a very sweet afternoon…

I completed my workout goals somewhere between putting the last trays in the oven and dinner. Tate, little sis Cedar, my dad, and I went for an uphill, 2 mile walk. I carried my 5 # handweights with me and got in dozens of bicep curls, tricep presses, and lateral raises. I was glad I had the foresight to not have big ambitious workout plans today because this was all I could manage between time, low-energy, and snow-covered roads. How about you? Did you fulfill your exercise commitment? You did? Great job!!! 🙂
Lunar eclipse! And sadly, I have been sleeping so poorly this week (a.k.a NO SLEEP) that there is no way I am setting an alarm for 2:30 a.m. est to catch a glimpse. If I am still awake at that time than I will definitely go outside.
Holy crap, WE ARE CLOSING ON THE CLINIC TOMORROW! It’s not great timing, we were planning on staying in West Virginia until Friday but now we have to go back to Charlottesville tomorrow morning. We’ve been waiting to close since mid-October so we are just glad the time has finally come.
If you are just tuning in, Tate and I are opening Core Integrated Health and Chiropractic in Charlottesville. He is the Chiropractic end of things and I am executive secretary (;)) and will be running a studio. The studio will have Pilates, yoga, fitness classes, back care classes, and personal training. SO CRAZY EXCITING!
Tomorrow is going to be exciting and stressful and thus I am planning on it being a “rest” day. I hope to get some exercise in but I think it’s better not to plan on anything. What’s your Tuesday plan? Head’s up, I won’t be posting again until tomorrow evening because we will be up and out first thing in the morning but I still hope to see you post your workout plan tomorrow morning!
