  1. Having just moved back to the South (!!!), my goal is to find a way to love running here…the hills, heat and humidity are KILLING ME. I’m getting out and doing it, but I’m not loving it….dare I say I dread it.

    I am also joining the Y right down the street! Mmmmm, air conditioning! 🙂

    I’m with you on loving summer! Even down to the sweat-infused runs. They’re lovely, really. Especially when there’s watermelon to cool down with. 😀

    And great idea on the yoga front! I definitely would like to kick it up a notch this August. 😀

    I’m working out 4-5 days a week. Now that I’m going back to school, I’ve decided I’m going to take my workout clothes to work & change there; then drive straight to the gym. If I go home & sit down, I’ll never get to class.

  4. My cardiologist has told me not to exercise outdoors during this weather. It was an actual temp of 109* yesterday + high humidity. So whatever I do will be done indoors. Started today with 30 min of yoga, 45 on the bike and some light lifting. That’s what it’ll be most days for the rest of this month. I’ll be glad to walk outside again when it cools down.
