Liz and Faith are excited to partner up, once again, and lead a virtual Strength & Stretch Masterclass.
Grab a partner and two flexbands and from the comfort of your own home, we will guide you through a playful & full body duet workout.
We will offer modifications and options to provide a workout that’s inclusive to different “levels”.
Faith and Liz have shared backgrounds in Pilates, traditional strength training, yoga, modern dance, & somatic movement and will incorporate aspects from these practices in this fun, challenging, and unique masterclass.
Tuesday August 4th, 6-7:15pm est
$25 per couple(mother/daughter, friends, brothers…couple=two people working out together)
Masterclass will be held virtually.
If you cannot attend the “live” time, register the same way and we will send you a recording that is available for 72 hours.

Virtual Partner Strength & Stretch Masterclass
I love sharing my passion for health and physicality with anyone who will listen. I began working as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor in 2005 after graduating from the University of Utah with a B.F.A in Modern Dance.
Through decades of personal study and working with amazing mentors and clients I have seen over and over that exercising with proper form is paramount to derive absolute benefits from the work. My classes and training sessions emphasize working through correct posture and alignment and are individually tailored to suit participants needs.
I strive to be a “teaching assistant” along the path to you becoming the ultimate authority on your body.
