I’ve been eyeing a kettle bell too! You’ll have to post about it – and if you like it! When I was growing up we always opened on Christmas eve – and then “Santa” brought a few more gifts to open in the morning. Since I’ve been married we open 1 on Christmas eve and the rest in the morning. Have a great day!

  2. In my family, we have always celebrated Christmas eve (special meal, opening presents, Christmas Eve service at church, and deserts, tea and games after the service). Now we celebrate as a large family over new years but Christmas eve is still special. Merry Christmas (eve)

  3. I’ve been wanting a kettle bell! Good for you. 🙂
We do special things on both days. “Day” was always more about gift exchange; “Eve” we have the town Santa Party & often an extended family party. Dave & I have sort of done most of our own celebrating on winter solstice & Christmas Eve though.
I went on a short run with the pup this morning…but she sort of spoiled it by being a punk & ignoring me to go say hello to everyone/dog we passed. I finished up working my triceps because I feel they’ve needed a little more focus lately.

  4. Never tried a kettle ball, but am intrigued.
Jillian Michaels has a newish workout video totally
    for kettle balls.

It’s a lovely Christmas day here in South Korea, not too cold, so my husband and I went for a nice walk.

My family celebrates a very Italian Christmas Eve … and we open gifts on Christmas Eve too! It started as one gift on Christmas Eve, and now that we’re adults, we open ALL gifts on Christmas Eve. I even passed the tradition on to my husband 🙂

As for kettlebells, LOVE them! I’ve been doing a kettlebell routine about 2x a week for a month now and already feel a difference. And I feel like it’s improved my running too. Can’t wait to hear how you like it.

Hope you had a very merry Christmas Eve … and Day!!
