  1. Love the quote! Yes I intend a meditation and restorative yoga session> I also intend to get either a walk(yesterday walked downtown) or a 20 min dance cardio in as well. Yesterday besides the walk I focused on flexibility with long satisfying stretches in those “lost” moments you referred too;)

    I went iceskating for about 20 minutes this morning to try out the boys’ new skates. I also just finished a mix of yoga/strength/pilates tonight. It felt good to be active. Thank you for the encouragement!
