Have you ever felt like a juggler with one too many balls in the air? Do you decide which ones to catch or walk away and let them all come crashing down onto the floor?
I feel like I let all of my balls crash down yesterday! I am mildly sick, just enough to make me uncomfortable and really cautious but not knock-me-down. My waning health coupled with the end of the year “blahs” and a huge to-do list are all contributing to me ignoring a little thing called responsibility and going to bed. And watching a lot of Gray’s Anatomy.
But today’s a new day and, although I still need to be cautious not to make myself sicker, time to get juggling.

45 minute Exercise TV workout (are any of you other WordPress users having trouble with links?).
This is my favorite yoga lately. Elise Gulan gives clear instruction and demonstrates the poses with great for, it is an intermediate yoga session.
It’s the last few days of COMMENT COMMIT 2010 and boy do I need your help. Yesterday I held back from over-committing and was able to make my goals of yoga and a walk. Today I will
- walk
- yoga
- strength train
And not drop too many balls! Time to get to work!

oh yes…the juggling balls…take care of yourself girl! 🙂
I’m feeling a bit of the blahs too…
Balance is a hard thing to keep, especially during busy times. I talked myself out of bed and did twenty minutes of yoga before breakfast and it felt great! The rest of my family arrives latter today and I am hopping to convince my 15 year old niece to join me in some yoga or dance video tomorrow.
I definitely have those blah days. Especially so close to the weekend!
