    Looks delish! I use the same technique for my tortillas when I make enchiladas. Flavorful and much healthier than oil or fat.

  2. I love doing veggie enchiladas and after seeing the pictures of the crema on Kath’s blog, I had to come see if you had the recipe – this sounds like a great addition and one I will definitely be trying!
