Easter Brunch



Sparkling mango lassi.

Warm, spicy, sweet, chai.



Talk of long train rides through far away lands.



Crazy how political borders often equal cultural borders also.



Veggie hash and tofu tart.

Good food, good friends, good brunch.


  1. For Seder this year, expanding on our theme of world cultures, I created an Indian inspired mango-ginger-coconut charoset to go along with the European apple-walnut-cinnamon-sweet wine version and the Sephardic/Mideastern apricot-almond-figs version. It was a hit. Yeah mangoes!
