For Seder this year, expanding on our theme of world cultures, I created an Indian inspired mango-ginger-coconut charoset to go along with the European apple-walnut-cinnamon-sweet wine version and the Sephardic/Mideastern apricot-almond-figs version. It was a hit. Yeah mangoes!
