1. I am no marathon runner or “trainer” in general, but I find when I’m exercising consistently I just feel better. It’s so hard, because I need variety in my exercise activity just like I need variety in other activities or what I eat. Tonight I opted to wash my car by hand and then I’m going to sweat in a sauna. It’s not exercising, but I know it’s good to stay “active.” Tomorrow I will go on my walk!!
