Roll call:
You there New York? How about New Jersey? I know I have a few readers around Baltimore, what’s the word? Mountain mommas of West Virginia? Virginia Beach?
My heart goes out to the millions of people along the East coast who where hit hard by the storm. Let us know what we can do to help.
We are warm and dry here in Central Virginia but I’m hurt.
As in, injured. I did a stupid little nothing movement to try to stretch my neck yesterday morning as I was teaching Pilates and all of a sudden my shoulder screamed bloody murder at me. It was a stretch that I do almost daily but yesterday it didn’t go as planned.
Turning my head, moving my right arm, and even breathing is painful and limited. And I’m pissed. And frustrated. And concerned. And determined to not let it take over my whole attitude but let’s face it; it blows to be injured, especially when your occupation involves moving your body. A lot. Tate had to put my hair up this morning and breakfast was eaten left handed. I teach 5 classes this afternoon.
Pity party over.
To blessed to be stressed.
Have an attitude of gratitude.
