  1. OMG, these look amazing. I have a recipe for vegan Thanksgiving green beans with lemons and pecans, but the miso and preserved lemons just send these over the top. I have a batch of lemons fermenting now. I cannot wait to make these. I hope your holiday was amazing. I think of you often, lovely lady.

      On Thanksgiving I did add chopped almonds and the crunch was a great addition. I think of you too and look forward to connecting again!

  2. These beans look amazing! I never know what to do with preserved lemon–which is sad, because we have a lemon tree and I should absolutely be making my own–but this looks like a great gateway to lemon flavor! 🙂

      Mmmmm, I’m coveting your lemon tree! I love preserved lemons and use them in all kinds of dishes but find they work particularly well with miso and honey.
