  1. What an awesome idea and so generous of you to offer your workout videos to readers! I’m drawn to package one. Lately, I’ve been learning to get away from the “go to the gym” mentality for a workout and have been trying to workout at home more. Beyond my one or two workouts I put together for home use, I need some new motivation and routines–especially with winter weather coming and cardio outside is a few months off!

As someone who works full time, is a student, and a doula, I don’t find much time to go out to exercise and would love to try some new videos. I’d prefer option two!

  3. Madeline

I’d like to try them out because I’m expecting my first child and want to have at-home exercise options when she’s born!

I lost 37 lbs a couple if years ago but lately I’ve slacked off and I see myself slowly inching my way back up. I’m bored with the DVDs I have and would love something new to do to get me back on track! I will happily share my old DVDs with others, whether I win or not. I think I like package one best because I think I would enjoy the dance DVD. But I love Coach Nicole so for that I would happily take either one. Thank you for considering me!

Would love package #2! Always looking for a good yoga video that offers more than just a good stretch. Besides, I can’t dance so option #1 is probably not a good idea for me!

Lovely idea. You’re scared of international shipping and I’m scared of exercising with a video BUT I’ve been wanting to try! I feel like it might mean I get to exercise more during our icy/snowy winter months in NH while working, taking care of a spirited, fabulous 7 year old and our aging parents. Thanks!

  7. Thanks for the opportunity to win this. I would like to be gifted these because I have been really struggling to find a workout routine and finally decided this morning that I was going to give work out DVDs a go. My plan is to eat a light dinner and then go-go-go. I am drawn to package two!

Thank you for your blog. I really admire the peace that you seem to have!

Thank you so much for doing this giveaway!! The timing couldn’t be more serendipitous as I’ve just canceled my gym membership.

Your blog has continued to inspire me, and I am so glad that you’ve come back to blogging. I really admire your “just move” approach, and as someone that is struggling to get back into the fitness routine, having an at-home plan of action is just the thing to get me moving. As I have started my career and moved from a graduate student with lots of random times to work out to an 8-5 plus traffic cubicle-dweller, my time to get motivated has dwindled as my waistline has expanded. I’ve recently had a discussion with my boss and lucky for me she is supportive of allowing me to start a more flexible schedule to make time for things that are important to me, and fitness (or getting back into fitness) is certainly at the top of my list right now. I should say health, actually, rather than fitness, but they are both important. BTW, I am partial to the 1st set. You had me at reggaeton!!

Anyway, I really appreciate your authentic and inspiring attitude on the blog. THANK YOU!
    Kate

I would love to start working out more! My sister and I have been trying to work out more and we would love a few new videos! I would prefer option #2 because my sister LOVES yoga!

this is the answer to my dilemma! i am a newly employed new grad adjusting to work life. i only have time to workout before leaving for work for the long day/commute and when it snows, i’m stuck working out at home rather than the gym. either of these dvd options would be much more efficient and effective than whatever i can find on youtube. how generous of you in this season of giving and receiving! thank you 🙂

  11. Kristy

I would love to win one of your packages, because I prefer to work out at home, but could always use some extra motivation and help with selecting exercises. These would be perfect to use for the rest of the winter, until it’s nice running weather again, or just for those days when it’s nice to stay in just because. If I had to pick, I would pick package #1. Also, if I win, I promise to pass any DVDs that don’t get a lot of action on to someone else. I always pass my books on when I am done reading them, so this fits with my philosophy well! Gotta spread the love!!

  12. I would absolutely love to receive Package One. I just recently moved to Alaska and getting used to the darkness has been very hard (the sun comes up around 10-10:30am and goes back down at 3pm right now). Finding motivation to get workouts in is really challenging, so I think having some exercise DVDs would help a lot — all I’d need to do is make it to the living room! That’s easy, right? 🙂 Thanks for the opportunity, Faith! You are such a generous, loving person.

  13. Sarah

This is an amazing offer! Forty below makes it difficult to get outside and ski. Some exercise videos just might be what I need to get out of this winter funk. 😀

  14. Christine

What a generous offer! As a student, I am working out at home more and at the gym less. With the colder weather, I would love to be able to get in a good workout in my living room. Both of these options look great, but I think I would prefer the 1st package.

  15. Christina

I love working out from home! I would prefer the first option because I’ve never tried a dance dvd before. Thanks for the giveaway!
