It’s day 3 (out of 12) the February One Hour Plank Challenge, have you planked yet today?
Today’s featured plank is a side walking plank and, like all planks, it works everything.

Missed the first two days? The objective is simple, 3 times a week for 4 weeks perform 5 minutes worth (with breaks!) of plank . Here’s Day 1 and here’s Day 2, it’s not to late to join in!
Aim for the full 5 minute workout or make your own goal, the point is to focus on this amazing, full-body exercise and get planking! Each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday throughout February I’ll post a new plank variation to focus on for that day’s workout on the Gracefulfitness Facebook page.
