Did you know that I have a YouTube Channel?
I started it over 6 years ago with the One Hour Plank Challenge as a way to share all the plank variations I was doing that month.
Lately, I’ve had a little extra “free” time 😉 and I’ve had a blast recording workouts for the channel.
My favorite one right now is the 5 Minute Cardio Interval Workout (no equipment, nothing on the hands, no jump options) because it’s a simple, full body, heart pumping good time.
