Happy Belated to ME!

I’m laughing at myself pretty good over here; I missed my 10 YEAR BLOGAVERSARY!!!!

I totally thought it was this week. I actually had a hunch that it was today so I went searching for verification and low and belold, Gracefulfitness launched from that little internet cafe in Kathmandu, Nepal on May 30th, 2010.

I’ve been way absorbed in learning how to be a stronger & better anti-racist so my brain has understandably and for good reason been otherwise occupied but I took a moment away from my studies to check in with my former self.

That intro post (thankfully) still rings true today, 10 years later (!!!!).

And down the memory lane rabbit hole I went….

Sia wrote The Greatest after the Orlando nightclub shooting, coincidentally I’ve been playing it on repeat this month; Pride month.

I stand, and dance, with anyone who lives as an anti-racist, is in support of equal and human rights, is in support of marriage equality, and who has the courage to listen and do the work to do better.
