THRIVE in 15 April 2022

Get 3 Mat Pilates workouts delivered to your email inbox every Friday in April. The workouts are 15-20 minutes in length and require only a mat or towel as a prop. You may repeat the workouts as many times as your like within the program’s timeframe: April 1-May 7.

The THRIVE in 15 Program is a series of Mat Pilates workouts designed to:

  • FIT into your already busy life
  • FIT into your budget
  • FIT into your workout schedule and support (ie provide cross-training) to what you’re already doing
  • FIT into your level of activity and meet you where you’re at

No fitness program is truly “all-levels”, however THRIVE is approachable yet challenging across a range of fitness “levels”.

The fine print

Each Program sold is for use by your entire household, I fully support getting a workout buddy! For workout/accountability buddies outside of your physical household, please have them purchase their own program.

Workouts are pre-recorded and yes, this is the same program/series of workouts as last time I ran THRIVE.



I chose WCK as the recipient because there is no more immediate need, after physical safety, than food. WCK was on the ground providing food to those in need within 24 hours of the initial attacks in the Ukraine.

I personally saw the work of WCK as a volunteer delivery driver for meals during the beginning of the pandemic, when they hired local chefs to provide meals to first responders when restaurants were mandated to be closed. Read more about WCK here.

Half of what you pay will go directly to WCK; you will get stronger while providing strength through food to people in need in the Ukraine.
