Class is open to anyone free of major physical limitations although a familiarity with Pilates is helpful to get the most out of the material presented.
If you cannot attend the live Zoom time, sign up the same way and I will send you a link to the recording. The link is available for one week and can be repeated as many times as you’d like.
I offer single class/drop-in registration ($15/class*) or pay by the month ($10/class).
