Schedule Virtual Sessions

These are extraordinary times we are living in and I’m grateful for the extraordinary capabilities of technology that allow us to keep connecting, moving together, and prioritizing our well-being.

I offer 55 minute sessions via Zoom.

Sessions are available as one-on-one or for up to four people. You don’t have to be in the same house (or even the same state!) as your workout partners; some clients have found this to be a lovely opportunity to connect or reconnect with an old friend.

While I am happy to recommend basic equipment/props that can help you with your home workouts, nothing is required beyond a little bit of space and your personal device (tablet/computer/phone).

I approach movement from a Pilates based standpoint; addressing mobility and stability, posture/structural alignment, and strength imbalances. However, the movement world is our oyster with these sessions! Your “workout” could include everything from kettlebell training to meditation and breathwork.
