I offer one-on-one private Pilates instruction in my Charlottesville space at 224 Carlton Road, located within Core Integrated Health and Chiropractic.
These “in person”* sessions utilize the Pilates Reformer & Tower, Stability Chair, and small props such as physio balls, foam rollers, and hand weights. All equipment is provided on site.
Initial Session 75-90 minutes $135
Established Client Session 60 minutes $85
24 hour cancelation requested, less than 24 hours/no shows may result in a $50 fee. No fee for illness or covid related cancelation.
Shorter or longer sessions are available based on specific needs.
