Over the last three weeks I’ve journal-ed, meditated, and danced more than usual, thanks to setting out on the #545healthiestme journey.
This week, the 4th week of the journey, is focused on Myofascial Release/Self Massage.
Everyday this week I will spend (at least) 5 minutes a day on a very focused self massage. Today is FEET!
Our poor feet are so often taken for granted and yet we expect SO MUCH of them, go ahead and give them 5 minutes of love.
